Charlotte is one of Ensor’s Co-founders. Prior roles include EMEA Head of Prime Brokerage at BAML and UBS and Global Head of Capital Introduction at UBS. She started her career as an analyst in Equities at Goldman Sachs.

Britt Lintner brings extensive experience across all hedge fund strategies, private credit, private equity, and a particular passion for sustainable investing.
Before co-founding Ensor, she was an MD in International Business Development at EnTrust Global, led EMEA Institutional Sales at DWS, worked in Institutional Sales at Man Group, and served as an Executive Director in Equity Sales and Trading at Lehman Brothers.
